2023
Pre-Launch Days
Little Pisces began to take shape in the summer of 2023 (months before the opening of our first store). It takes a village to start a business - our friends and community helped us test our recipes and refine our business idea!
Running Pop-Ups
Early in 2024, we started holding taiyaki pop-ups around the city - we even made a (brief) debut on local television. It was really cool to see some early excitement for taiyaki in Vancouver
2024
Our First Store
We opened our first location in Lougheed in June 2024! It was a rainy opening day but so many people came out to support our little business and we’re eternally grateful
Our Second Store
Little Pisces’ Richmond location opened in May 2025 (growth milestone unlocked!)

First Year Anniversary
We celebrated Little Pisces’ first birthday - and hope for many more to come :)
