Our Catering service brings the experience of fresh, made-to-order taiyaki directly to your event. Our on-site catering service allows guests to enjoy warm taiyaki prepared live by our team, creating a unique and interactive dessert experience. We offer a selection of our signature menu items, including taiyaki, drinks, and ice cream, and can accommodate events across the Greater Vancouver area. Whether you are hosting a corporate gathering, wedding, festival, school event, or private celebration, we will work with you to create a memorable catering experience tailored to your guests.

Booking & Pricing

Our catering services are on a first come first serve basis, so we recommend booking your date as early as possible, especially during our busy summer season.

We don't typically have a minimum guest requirement, but we do require a minimum order of 100 taiyaki or the equivalent value.

Menu & Service

Anything you find across our menus can be served, including taiyaki, drinks, and ice cream. We typically have a limit of 2–4 flavors depending on the size of your event. Keep in mind flavor availability can change up until the date of the event.

We typically need 1 hour for setup and 30 minutes for takedown. Depending on the scope of your event, we include a 2–3 hour service window.

We can cater by guest, which is similar to buffet-style service where guests can enjoy unlimited servings, or by item quantity with a predetermined selection of menu items.

Venue Requirements

We service the entire Greater Vancouver area. There is a catering service charge starting at $300.

The venue needs to approve us as a third-party food vendor. The venue also needs to provide direct access to power outlets, ideally 2–3 outlets without the need for extension cables. Ideally, the venue can also provide tables and optional decor that matches the event theme.

We understand plans change. We are happy to reschedule pending availability, and can offer a full refund for cancellations made with more than a few months’ notice.
